Calculating Return on Investment for Client Lifecycle Management Using the Fenergo Solution
Chartis Research and Fenergo have developed a focused return on investment (ROI) model for CLM, to determine how much value financial institutions (FIs) can hope to achieve from their CLM solutions. This report outlines the Chartis model, its methodology, and its results, and considers the specifics of the Fenergo solution and the key CLM issues facing FIs.
Chartis Research, in collaboration with Fenergo, has created a focused return on investment (ROI) model for CLM, to determine how much value financial institutions (FIs) can hope to achieve from their CLM solutions. We applied the model to Fenergo’s CLM software solution, to determine how implementing it could impact FIs’ operations, with a specific focus on increasing productivity, reducing regulatory risk, increasing control and lowering costs.
This analysis used detailed data sets, including interviews and an extended survey of 500+ institutions, to validate and parameterize model variables.
This report outlines our approach and results, considers the specifics of the Fenergo solution and the key issues facing FIs, and outlines the Chartis model and the methodology that underpins it. Our analysis is based on the combined output from interviews, modeling activity and our own domain expertise. We also provide some indicative results achieved by applying the model to Fenergo’s customer base, and give a high-level view of the potential outcomes and cost impacts.
